I may have read too quickly but, Ihave not found a t-post work but 1 or 2 sessions with corral type pressures cows exert. Heavy wire panels are in the same category. On the other hand, building a permanent corral with heavy pipe is durable but you need good planning or your stuck with unyielding permanence.

These 2 challenges has brought the idea of heavy duty free standing panels into existence. The panels are heavy, somewhere around 400# and 24' long. Since they are portable (tractor and loader required), they can be reconfigured allowing the operator to try different setups. They can be part of a bud box configuration.

My cows follow a bucket well. I use 2-3" rocks instead of feed/cube because it is noisier and if a cow pulls it away from me, we didn't spill feed that the cows will want to eat before following anywhere.
