No, the “jump ball” situation would’ve never happened if the foul that should’ve been called on 21 for Florida would have been called. It was a foul before he tied the ball up. Very few “jump ball” tie ups are clean and that one wasn’t one of the few that are.
Even prior to that there should have been an offensive foul on the rebound attempt.
Call fouls by the rules and you won’t have bodies hitting the floor nearly every game. They wouldn’t need to review for “flagrant” fouls all the time if the refs would call the fouls and keep the game under control.
