So one 5 year old amongst how many thousand on the ship ruined your cruise? Did you ever talk to the couple and ask why their son was along? Also why was a young couple on a senior only cruise - did you ask?
It makes no difference why the kid was there.
He signed up for a "kid-free cruise," and that is what he should have gotten.
If any of the paperwork he signed says kid-free, I'd demand my money back.
It would be a contract that the cruise ship broke. |
