Cambridge, southwestern Nebraska | You say more or less senior cruise? If it didn’t specifically say SENIOR only cruise or 55 and over I don’t think you can do much.
Different cruise lines cater to different age groups but even then I have seen a few kids …usually grandkids, among a lot of older people.
Too bad you had a bad experience. That’s definitely on the parents. I’m sure the crew didn’t want to offend a customer but they probably should have been more forceful about it.
After reading other comments, if it was specifically a senior only cruise then I would go after a refund.
