mercer county, il | My kids buy any bottle calves they can from neighbors, they have quite a few cows that were 4h projects, and they’re pretty easy to graft a calf on. The one last summer I think they had to put her in the chute a couple times, then she took it for her own.
We have some fall cows and some spring cows, so usually they can wean one and graft another. | |
