ECIL | You need to be located in a larger town to make it work. There is a Club Car Wash 5 minutes from me that stays pretty busy. They are owned by Wildcat Capital Management and don't focus on traditional franchising. The link provides the criteria they set for their site location:

They are card only, no cash, monthly memberships or pay for single use, with members getting priority. From what I've noticed they have a high employee turnover, I very rarely see the same face twice there.
