north central iowa | I sold a 1/2 acre beside my office for 50k about 15 years ago to a business that put up a new car wash there. They put state of the art equipment in it and it still was a maintenance pig. They sold it after 7 or 8 years. It has been bought and resold several times since. I always heard that the car wash business was a cash cow. I'm not convinced. | |
