So, maybe you are aware of this, or maybe you are not... if you are aware..... I apologize up front.... I decided to look up the voting requirements in North Dakota, and I came up with this page....and then this page... Right there on that page, it says what kind of ID you can use, and it lists a non-driving license. So, that tells me that North Dakota has a way to get a non-driving license. Maybe you know this already, maybe that is what you are working on.... that is what I would be asking - How do you get a non-driving license. I am of the opinion that if states are going to require ID to vote, then they should provide the ways to get the required ID. And it appears that ND has done so. |
