teach84 - 3/20/2026 23:47 Not quite the same thing, but when I was young, my mother bought a “ mandolin” for slicing vegetables-cheap one. Within two hours of being in the house, she & all three of us brothers managed to cut ourselves on it. I am surprised that she did not throw it out. We still have it ( I think). Trust me : professional grades work better. Dad was wise enough to stay away from it.
