Roseglen, North Dakota | Is there any expense in any household smaller.than stamps? If its a big deal you can buy enough "forever" stamps now to last for 5 generations. Sometimes for half price.
Of course you cant combat postage for packages but don't think for a minute that every other shipping means won't follow suit.
