NW Wisconsin | 10% inclusing on 28% DO NOT PULL OUT ATS if doing a blend.
Basically the boost is making a bond with the 28% that makes it less likely to have losses. When adding ATS that bond gets stronger. Cant find the chemical bond it makes right now just remembering off the top of my head. Also with the sugar portion of it feeds soil microbes and have some effects there. Hence why I am doing some testing with it on tilled, no tilled, and manured ground to see if it has a "best ROI' scenario.
Was cool too see everyone knows that UAN has an odor. You put boost with it and it eliminates it. Not by just masking the smell but keeping it from "gassing" off in the first place. Cool to see.
I know some are pushing it as an adjuvant im treading slowly with that. I think it has its place as a spray additive with post applied PPO's and reducing crop responce but im not going to pull out say dry ams with liberty and think boost is going to replace it.
Still a lot to learn with the product yet and even in their own testing they are still trying to learn too. And they are pretty open with what they are testing too which is nice. | |
