| Customer has a 76 F600 gasser I have put 3 mechanical lift pumps on last year. The best one lasted no more than 10 miles but he wanted to keep it original, no electric pump. After the third one failed, I told him it was an electric or nothing. I think the alcohol in the gas is destroying the rubber in them.
