Fontanelle, IA | The biggest “issues” I have with these investigations are:
1. Long time to investigate
2. Companies settle out of federal court for pennies on the dollar.
3. Any settlement that the offending company is convicted of is pennies on the dollar of the dollars they gouged/stole from you.
Consumers /customers never made “whole”…. But, shareholders reap the rewards and then dump the stock…. | |
