NW IL | A few thoughts come to mind:
1. Do you have auxiliary cable plugged into the Paradyme ? Ag Leader PN: 4002226-15. If needed I have a couple of these cables used on hand. It plugs into the auxiliary port (port B) on the bottom of the Paradyme. You could also make this cable if you had proper connections on hand. For pinouts of this cable see article listed below:

2. Do you have the Paradyme Aux cable plugged into the incommand serial aux cable ? Ag Leader PN : 4005505-12. This cable has 9 pin serial on one end and plugs into the aux port on the back of the incommand 1200.The PN of the cable I referenced is the most simple version of this cable. There are also variations of this cable that have video camera connections on it to feed video into the monitor.
3. Have you configured the Paradyme for “RTK external radio” ? You need to go into the Paradyme and specify settings for external RTK. Here is article from

To summarize you need to double check hardware (2 cable) and software (settings in the Paradyme).
