| Section 301 and section 122 are the likely tools used to reimpose tariffs. These tariffs are less effective. Section122 caps tariffs at 15% for a maximum 150 days. Whereas section301 requires country by country investigations that take time. It will be difficult to get back to the tariff levels illegally imposed.
