And the "where you are " means your story has 0 validity.

Are we talking 40 acre farms or 4000 acre farms?
Are we talking $20,000 per acre or $2000 per acre?
There are not dozens of farmers with off farm incomes buying $5-10 million farms every year. That is ludicrous.
