East of Broken Bow
We had a snow today, gave us .35 of moisture in the form of 6 inches of fluffy snow blown around by 40 MPH wind gusts, meaning the road ditches and tree lines will have the bulk of it.
That gives us a total of .37 of moisture since Jan 1. We had lots of warm, dry, windy weather in the last month (compared to normal) which has drawn out some of what moisture we had.

Last year it was dry, and then it started raining in the late spring, hopefully it can happen again.
