I’ll bite.  I work with lawyers frequently in my off farm business.  They are just people too, some stronger and weaker in different areas of the law, with all the biases any professional has of seeing how things have worked on have and haven’t worked out later.  Some specialize and some are generalists.

There are several philosophies on fair vs equal that float around.  Lots of ways to skin that cat.
