Eastern Shore of MD | I would be very, very careful. Last ones done here locally were just before Covid so you can imagine how that worked out. Some doubled even tripled up and then were locked into a sales price for several years out that was way below cost of production. That cured me from ever considering accumulators ever again. Historically there was not a lot of volatility but then the Covid hit.... when is the next black swan event? Who Knows? Sounds good to be able a little above the current market but the risks are real.
