NE ND | It seems like 10ish years ago middle February was more often than not the low. The last 3-4 years it’s been closer to the first of the year.
I’ll admit, I messed up this year. Tanks empty still. I don’t know if it’s right or wrong, but at this price I’m waiting. | |
