Holland, Indiana (SW IN)		Owner a friend of mine died couple years back
Left it all to a nephew— should have been all basis updated no income taxes required

Quite a cluster F sheriff called in to escort some family off the property—- lots of drama
But no punches thrown or hair pulled:-)
