Just interest on the fraud in Minnesota would be greater than the economic impact you cited,

We can limit government pensions to 10-15 years. That would drive people into the workforce.

We can shrink the size of tax payer based employees by a lot. It shouldn’t take 5 people and 4 vehicles to put in a road sign.
