What dollar value per acre was the seller expecting ? Is 5,000 dollars an acre the going price for that area ?
The "good" ground on this sale was 10-12K
not many farmers want to fight the troubled areas --
-we --don't know better and or like a challenge
The DNR surrounded deer and beaver infested 120 acres in the back very few want to deal with it
Word was owner was expecting $10 Mil+ ---think the last total was $6.5 Mil
