IMO equipment soft we didn’t need any of the equipment
Land just ran out of bidders on lesser tracts— we had the bid on about 360 acres of the land most all tillable in combination—
120 acres of the 360 surrounded by DNR property—100 acres needed a dewatering pump running 365 days a year—rest rolling and by no means perfect
We were prepared to buy bidding stalled at $5000 an acre on the 360 acres
Total bid on 750 acres 5.5 mil
No sale on all

Top bidder on 8 - 12 — 11 and 12 was cheap— but lots of negatives
