| If you’re the guy who farms only paid for land and no machinery payments and just breaking even, I would argue your “farm” isn’t profitable. It’s actually losing money. You’re living on the land rent to yourself and machinery depreciation. That can keep your head above water for a time, but definitely not sustainable | |
