NW Wisconsin | I remember when I bought my land at 21 I reached out for financing and a well known ag lender wanted 25% down which was 48,000$. I told them what 21 year old has 50,000 just laying around. And people wonder why there is a large ag asset issue coming.
Nice to see they raised the max loans to something actually reasonable with how much it costs to farm. | |
