Kinda like how when the FSA loan people say “can you get dad or grandpa to buy the farm, then sell it to you once we approve the funds for the loan in a few months?”

My understanding is that this scenario specifically cannot happen with FSA beginning farmer loans because they cannot involve family members...



Perhaps there are different requirements for loan types, but when I approached them about an auction that’s what was told to me was ask someone else to buy it and sell it to me later.
