I like this idea but will just see the 3rd generation of a very large farm who may be "young" and trying to get his "own" start game the system and then just roll it into the larger farm.
It sure could happen this way and I guess that’s upto the seller to decide if helping that individual out is what they want to do.
These conversations come up all the time and are immediately shot down with situations like that noted above and picking winners and losers.
We are already picking winners and losers. If you are in this already you’re a winner and being subsidized bigly so the winners win more and the losers just lose.

Let land contracts go to 0% without tax penalties and then back off or eliminate capital gains in these situations. |
