Winter is a wonderful time for drought.  Moisture today has ZERO bearing on moisture in J-J-A......ZERO.  Cattle guys don't need the mud, hard to clean farms and fix farms in mud, mud this time of year takes weeks to just firm up.   I'm 100% w/cornstalk on this.  

Iowa and Illinois drought talk, yeah just spare me.  (I get southern IL is more like we are so some grace there but in general.....nothing to see here)
