SC WI		Hopefully someone corrects me if I am wrong, but ECO is based of your counties yields. Here we have a wide spectrum of yield potential which all seems to average out year after year regardless of weather events. This leads me to conclude for my county, ECO is pretty much a put on price. Or am I wrong?
