WC Minnesota | Not sure if this part has been mentioned. Take your number $0.35 per bushel, multiply it by your 700,000 bushel for filling the system once per year and that gives you $245,000 a year. Put that in an interest calculator as depositing that much per year for 30 years at 6% and you are well over your $15M number. Of course this and the way you arrived at $15M in your original post both assume you have $2.5M lying around to invest or build a bin set up without borrowing money.
