cropsey, il 61731 | Mr. Zeldin asked his epa folks under what authority do they make rules? At one time the chevron doctrine allowed bureaucrats to make up rules based on the vague, don't get the legislators in trouble, actual law. The SC shut that down. The last proposal I heard was going back to 2009 when the original big step was made because the earth was ending. I have not looked lately but epa was sponsoring youtube videos with a guy acting like he is drinking beer and talking about how easy def is to deal with as long as you do about 14 things. I'm sure the bureaucrats on under financial pressure to maintain the status quo, but they have no authority to do so. Even adopting the 2009 levels would require an act by the legislature and we know how much they run from legislation that has real effect.
Global warming/change is nothing but a political strategy with some paid for science supporting it. ALL the predictions never happened and everyone knows it. However, it's hard to change when so many have profited off it. A lot of money will push back to keep the gravy train going. | |
