| Around here that kind of land would be "grabbed" by some entity and turned into a Rails-to-Trail park, so people have a place to walk and enjoy nature.
IF they were smart, the adjoining farmers/landowners would buy property up and reconnect it with adjoining acres. If they are not smart, they would think they could buy it for "a song", end up losing it to someone who outbids them. |
