Just north of I-90 in SW MN		Basis improvement on a 700k bin site is a big number. On average it is close to 25 cents.

.25 x 700,000 =175,000
5 year life for IRS for augers and grain legs.
$175,000 x 5 =$875,000.00

I don’t have the sharpest pencil but try to use what I have.
