Exactly, and to all who say it's too complicated. The landlord has has millions invested and depreciating and expensing, and keeps up with lots of factors to optimize his rent. It won't hurt him to pay the increase, or figure out not to call woodchuck just to remove a mouse to save a little off the bill. |
