Subject: Vevor Hydraulic Hose Crimper

Central Nebraska

The topic of hydraulic hose crimpers comes up here occasionally and it is often said the entry cost is the hard part.  Between the crimper and inventory it gets expensive real fast.  I see Vevor has a hand powered unit for about $540 that comes with 8 dies ranging from .24" to 1.1".  Has anybody tried this unit?  Is it sufficient for general farm equipment use?  I have several machines I'd like to shorten a bunch of hoses on but removing everything and taking it to town makes it not worth it.  I probably have 4-5 hoses made or repaired per year at the local repair shop.
