SE IL | The biggest thing I haven’t seen mentioned…..inflation. Your cost of bagging and equipment will go up 3%ish every year, same for commercial storage. All said and done bins are similar to land…best roi is the ones daddy built. Leg and dryer may be out of date in 20 years, but bins should last 40+ easily, what dos the math look like in 20 years once the system is paid for but you’d still be buying bags? If your in it for the long haul just build as money allows. | |
