2. Less trucks needed
3. Less overhead costs and way less hired help
4. Simple and flexible
5. Take the $2 million and buy a farm or fund your retirement.
If starting late stresses you out, plan a fishing/hunting trip in the fall. Seems like its the most money you could make. | |
