NCOhio		I don't know about your location, but here some are switching from Natural gas to propane for smaller buildings because of the monthly minimum charge for natural gas. With all the use of natural gas for electricity generation I think it's price will continue to go up. I wouldn't be too concerned about propane for your situation.
