I mean… if he seen the math would it look like you are nickel and diming him for every minute??

Seems a bit complicated to me but why not raise your hourly rate? Your 20 minutes away… start the clock when you get to the first job and don’t clock out until your finished at the last job then drive home. If each job has to be billed individually then split the driving time between the different houses and add that on as time spent.

Yes it does cost money to drive around but that needs to factored into your hourly wage… homeowners can be a bit of a different bunch. They typically want one price.. not broken down like farmers typically want
