North Mississippi Delta / Alabama Gulf Coast | As of this am, death toll is 14. I think that is way low. Lots of dirt roads miles from pavement that have only a couple of homes scattered around the Delta.
Lots of poor folks barely surviving during good weather, this may be a worse event than anticipated as the roads are cleared. |
