tomah wi | I have been a landlord for 15yrs.i did 99% of my own maintenance on our 53 units my wife and I owned. Your prices are fair even after the increase. Heck I paid my cleaning lady $35/hr.
Your competitors are plumbers and electricians. And they don't like dealing with entering an rental with tenants with out owners present. Also my prospective as owner with multiple units under 1 roof. Having a guy do all my repairs I can make sure the same parts are used in each unit. Nothing more frustrating then having all but one same brand faucet for example. | |
