SC PA | The way I read it was $150 trip charge, $25 minimum fee. If it got over 15 minutes, he starts charging $60/hr. edit: at minimum it's going to be $175 for the first job of the day.
If he goes to the next apartment, its $25 (the $150 is already billed). If that gets over 15 minutes, he starts charging $60/hr.
I've wrestled with this same question some, and it's hard to know what's fair to both the contractor and the customer. Woodchuck's way is just taking into consideration all the 'little' things that can make a difference in the speed of the job(s).
