North Central US		So if you're doing work in an apartment building you do work in one for 20 minutes charge 150+60 then charge another $25 plus then another $60 to go down the hall and do something for 20 minutes?

The 25 and resetting the hour thing would be a bit irritating if I'm reading it right.
