If I’m reading this right , you went from $200 / day to $300/ day from Dec to Jan or 25 to 26 ?
That’s a 50% increase in your fee .
The other guy would do the work for $240 ?
You still wonder why he’s complaining ?
I’m just thinking unless there’s something else that improved your service since last year that a 10 or 20% increase might keep your customers happy and increase some again next year . When you get more expensive than your competition ( who lives there , I assume can get there sooner ) then you can expect some complaints .
