For sure, things need to be figured out and split up somehow when every generation passes. In the scenario where it stays in trust 50/50 and each get income what happens when one brother has 1 or 2 kids and the other has 10-12 kids not to mention the generation after that? Can do bypass trust, leaving children lifetime use, per stirpes, and then passes on to the grandchildren, share, and share alike. per capita, or per stirpes, your choice. |
