ECIL | Estate planning is a very important issue to tackle and one that, if done properly, will eliminate or greatly reduce a lot of headaches for the heirs. I agree controlling from the grave shouldn't be done or even considered. That in itself can cause unneeded hardship. Another concern is the issue of undivided interests. While on the surface it may look like the heirs are getting equal shares it will very likely cause a myriad of problems. Having a GOOD estate lawyer may cost some money but is a very worthy investment overall. | |
