37% increase in rice and our farmers here can't afford to grow it its so cheap. Time to load boats and send'em over there.
Which is exactly what is happening.. our internal costs are too high.. so entire industries are being exported.. truck crops.. aka California.. The US Beef industry.. etc.. refining.
