I am against Gov handouts, but is better to take the Gov $ than leave the unspent allocated funds with the Gov.
That is what most people say. As long as that is the case it won’t ever change. I understand where you’re coming from but I can’t agree it makes it ok to take them.

Problem with not taking them if $ are allocated is they will get moved elsewhere and more likely get spent on something worse. |
