my tile guy will get mine. tile leads to more production, can't wait to put on replacement rates of fertilizer on 280 bushel corn, more production, more expense in handling, more fertilizer, we already need weather event to get a fair price, It will be interesting the next few years.
I still crop farm, but also am a landlord, what should rent do? It's way below market value now, I thought I'd bump it up if all these payments come in? probably won't yet.
you should rent on shares the only truly fair way then you could get it also.
